College & Career Christmas Party
College & Career is having their annual Christmas Party on Friday, December 1st at 6;00pm at the Chao home. If you plan to attend, please bring a white elephant gift and side dish or dessert.
A Celebration of Marriage Conference 2024
We’re excited to invite you to the ‘Celebration of Marriage’ conference, happening on February 23rd and 24th. In line with our vision of fostering a congregation of counselors, this two-day conference, led by Scott O’Malley from Twelve Stones Ministries, offers an exceptional opportunity to deepen our understanding and commitment to God-centered relationships.
We’ll explore the covenant of love, the joy of friendship in marriage, and practical ways to navigate conflicts. Whether you’re single, married, or anywhere in life’s journey, you’ll learn valuable insights

Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies
Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies are on break and will resume on January 9 and January 11.
Angel Tree Has Begun
Angel Tree has begun. This is a program of Prison Fellowship which provides an opportunity for us to extend the hope of the gospel and enwrap Angel Tree families into church life as they unwrap Christmas gifts delivered to them on behalf of incarcerated parents. Visit the Angel Tree table in the Alcove to pick your tag and learn more about this ministry.
Drama Ministry Gospel Production
Our Drama Ministry will have its annual drama production December 17, at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium. This year’s play is entitled, “The Bolingbroke Poorhouse” During the 1880’s in the height of the scarlet fever pandemic of Nova Scotia, a young girl from a wealthy family suddenly finds herself in the midst of poverty. Come out on December 17th @ 6pm to learn how the Word of the Lord sustains her through her ordeal at a 19th century poorhouse. Invite friends and family to join you to enjoy this FREE gospel production and sweet fellowship afterward!
Sept-Dec 2023 Equipping School
Equipping School for all ages started back up this morning. This Fall, our Adult Equipping School class will discover a deeper love for Christ and His Body, through one adult class offering entitled, “Love Is Messy.” If you want to learn how to help other people in their walk with Christ, but sometimes wonder if you are too messed up to help them, then this class is for you. Join us next Sunday morning right here in the auditorium at 9:30am to learn how Christ wants to love you through others and use you to love others as a part of His plan to beautify and strengthen all of us.
Care Groups
We look forward to a fresh relaunch of our Care Group ministry year next Sunday, September 24th. Each Care Group is a multi-generational community of 20-30 people who seek to glorify God by living out our mission as we pursue loving relationships and grow in community. A typical weekly Care Group meeting includes a time of worship, communion, sermon discussion, prayer and fellowship. Most of them meet on Sunday’s, but there is one that meets on Monday nights, and another on Friday nights. If you have questions about our Care Group ministry, or would like to find a group to be a part of, please visit the Care Group table in the Alcove.
