In our service, I will be preaching a sermon entitled “Living under the Lordship of Jesus Christ,” drawn from Philippians 2:12-16. Having presented the soaring truths of Christ’s incarnation, death on a cross, and subsequent exaltation, the apostle Paul tells the Philippians how they are now to live in light of these realities in the midst of the dark culture in which they live.
