The Counting Teams serve generally once a month. They are 3 person teams for accountability. Their function is to receive the offering with the help of the Security Team. We then break down the offerings by category such as General Fund, Agape Fund, etc. and record it. We also take steps to ensure all givers receive proper credit for end of the year tax info. Deposit is then prepared.
