The purpose of our Men’s Ministry is to grow our men in their experience of the Gospel and to equip them to lead others closer to Christ.
The Home Front
The home is the main venue for our men to put the Gospel into practice. Let's pray for each other that we will all be able to make our homes "little churches" – places where Christ is daily worshipped and enjoyed.
WEEKLY EVENTS
Care Groups
Our Care groups are the main venue for accomplishing the purpose stated above.
Pursue these relationships, in and outside of the weekly meeting, so that your Care Group can encourage you in your Christian walk (as a single man, as a husband, as a parent). Look for mutual opportunities for prayer, instruction, correction and encouragement.
Take advantage of the Care Group leadership opportunities (discussion leader, communion, prayer, music, etc.) and ask for feedback from your group and Care Group leader.
Be transparent with your group, especially during your monthly accountability time with the men. Find an accountability partner in your group with whom you may share more deeply than may be possible during the meetings.
Every Thursday evening we have a great time in the word at the church in our modular building (Room 201). The last Thursday of the month is our leadership class. Contact the church office for more information.
